In August 2002 Helphire granted share options pursuant to the Helphire Group Plc
2002 Executive Share Option Scheme (parts one and two) ("the Scheme") to its
PDMR Christopher Chatterton. On 27 October 2006 Helphire received notification
from Christopher Chatterton that on 26 October 2006 he exercised options under
the Scheme and disposed of the resulting shares issued, as illustrated in the
table below.
