Notification in respect of a PDMR and a connected person.
The board of Helphire received notification on 28 March 2007, that Alan George
Gilbert, a PDMR of the Company and his wife Verity Tessa Gilbert (a connected
person), each sold 4,650 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 26 March
