The Company received notification on 7th November 2007 that on the same day
Alliance Trust purchased 31,250 (0.023%) of the Company's ordinary 5p shares at
a price of ?4.00 per share. David Robertson is the beneficial holder of these
shares.

Prior to these transactions David Robertson had a beneficial interest in 106,378
(0.08%) of the Company's shares and following this transaction he now has a
beneficial interest in 137,628 ordinary 5p shares in the Company representing
(0.10%) of the current shares in issue.
