Northgate Vehicle Hire, market leaders in flexible vehicle hire and fleet solutions, has teamed up with recruitment solution partners, Resource Bank, to launch a new Northgate Careers website. Launched in May, NorthgateCareers.co.uk has attracted over 12,300 visits, resulting in 418 CV submissions and 16 new appointments.

The new website, which was launched to improve Northgate's employer brand awareness within the industry has centralised the company's recruitment process as well as streamlining and speeding up the logging and authorisation of all new job roles. Home to a host of features including a behind the scenes online authorisation portal, which allows all job roles to be logged centrally by Northgate's 250 plus hiring managers, a job vacancy library and "submit your CV" function, the site also features a series of interesting and helpful collateral to give visitors useful interview hints and tips and in depth information about Northgate.
